Sweet Dream Knafeh was born out of a lifelong dream to bring the authentic tastes of my homeland to America. For years, we longed for the rich flavors of the Middle East—especially the beloved sweets and pastries of our culture. Every year, we’d eagerly wait for our visits home to enjoy those delicacies, but eventually, we decided it was time to change that.

In 2025, we founded Sweet Dreams Knafeh with the mission of offering others the chance to experience the finest Middle Eastern desserts, right here in America. Bringing the essence of cities like Jerusalem, Damascus, Amman, and Nablus, we set out to create the freshest, most authentic oriental sweets, using only the finest ingredients imported directly from the Middle East.
