Knafeh with Cheese
Knafeh is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with layers of shredded phyllo dough, a sweet cheese filling, and a sugar-based syrup. There are two popular types of Knafeh: Na’ameh (fine) made with ground dough, and Khishneh (coarse) made with shredded phyllo dough.

Halawet El-Jibn
Halawet el jibn is a traditional dessert with a soft cheese dough rolled around a cream filling. The sweet rolls are drizzled with syrup and sprinkled with chopped pistachios.

Harissa with Pistachio
Harissa is a sweet and dense semolina cake soaked in syrup. Made from semolina flour and butter, it’s garnished with almonds or pistachios.

Rolled baklava, made with phyllo pastry, stuffed with pistachio or cashews.

Maamoul
A traditional Middle Eastern cookie made with a semolina dough and filled with dates, pistachio or walnuts. Powered sugar is sprinkled on top.

Borma
A rolled version of baklava that’s filled with a walnut filling and cinnamon. The dessert is made with layers of flaky phyllo dough, nuts, and honey, and is known for its sweet taste and crunchy texture.

Crispy pastry made with shredded dough and pistachio with honey and sugar.
